Nicole Kassa

3rd Grade Teacher

Education:

I attended St. Cloud State University for four years and then graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education K-6.

Experience:

Throughout my time in college I had classroom experience in first, second, and fifth grade. I student taught for a full year in a first grade classroom where I had practice working with the whole group of students, small groups of students, and one on one intervention time with students. I also volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club in St. Cloud where I helped students with art and homework. This is my sixth year at Noble. I taught 2nd grade for two years. This will be my fourth year teaching 3rd grade.

Reasons for becoming a teacher:

I have wanted to be a teacher my whole life. I love learning and I love having fun with it. All of the students I work with have a special place in my heart. I love getting to know each one and building a fun and safe classroom community. I became a teacher so that my students will see how fun learning can be, not just now, but as their life goes on.

Interesting facts and hobbies:

I am very close with my family. I love spending time with my two children and my husband. We go on walks and enjoy doing any and everything outside!
