We also respond to valid legal requests such as a subpoena or court order.Services we use include Edlio for the website, Skyward for the student information system and payments, PTCFast for conference scheduling, and Google Workspace for staff email. Each has its own privacy policy.

Student records

Student education records are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. Parents and guardians have the right to review their child’s records, request corrections, and in most cases consent before information is shared.We may publish limited directory information, such as a student’s name, grade level, activities, and photographs. Parents and guardians may ask us in writing not to publish this information. Contact the school office to do so.To request data we hold about you under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, contact the school office at the number or email below.

Children’s privacy

Noble Academy serves students in kindergarten through grade 8. This website is intended for parents, guardians, staff, and community members, not for children to submit information on their own. Where a classroom service collects information from students under 13, the school may consent on behalf of parents for educational purposes only.

We work to keep this site usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. If you cannot access something on this site, or need it in another format, contact us and we will provide it. Interpretation and translation, including Hmong, are available on request.
