Chi Lor

Education:

Chi graduated from Augsburg University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is currently attending the University of St. Thomas to obtain her Master’s degree in Special Education and initial licensure as an Academic Behavioral Strategist.

Experience:

Before Noble Academy, Chi was a full time student. She participated in mentorship opportunities while in college and conducted research in her undergraduate courses. Chi completed internships as an educational assistant and records specialist. She joined Noble Academy in February of 2024.

Reason for working in Education:

Chi enjoys building relationships with students. She says, “When I look at students, I see myself once in their shoes. I like to see children grow and I want to see them succeed.”

Interesting Facts and Hobbies:

Chi can sew paj ntaub (Hmong flower cloth) and enjoys doing so with her mom. Chi also likes to play volleyball to stay active.
