MELEd Workshop Recap – A Huge Success for Noble!

Noble shined at this year’s MELEd Conference! Our workshop, “From Planning to Pberactice: How EL and Gen Ed Teachers Design Inclusive, Language-Focused Lessons,” led by Kathryn Fomuke, Jetsy Tibar, and Secil Kilic, hit full capacity with over 100 educators and sparked lively collaboration, discussion, and inspiration. Kathryn, Secil, and Jetsy were phenomenal—leading with expertise, confidence, and a powerful commitment to showcasing the best of Noble. Attendees stayed after to ask questions, share ideas, and express appreciation for the practical, teacher-centered strategies we modeled. It was an incredible experience that connected us with passionate educators and highlighted Noble as a leader in high-quality, impactful teaching. The Power of One. The Power of All.

On January 13, 2025, the vibrant and enthusiastic classrooms of Noble Academy buzzed with excitement as the West Metro Watershed Alliance led an insightful educational session. Fourth-grade scholars eagerly gathered to dive into the fascinating world of the water cycle—a cornerstone of environmental science that connects our planet's systems. The lesson was expertly guided by Ms. Joanna Sorenson, whose dynamic teaching style brought the subject to life.

With a blend of engaging activities and interactive discussions, she captivated the young minds, inviting them to explore the intricate stages of the water cycle, from evaporation to precipitation, and ultimately, to collection. As the students participated in hands-on experiments and lively conversations, they began to grasp the critical importance of water in sustaining our ecosystems. This immersive experience not only ignited their curiosity but also instilled a profound sense of environmental stewardship and appreciation for the natural world around them.

Noble Academy Clinches Victory in Thrilling Volleyball Match Against Groves Academy

Last night, Noble Academy faced off against Groves Academy in an exciting volleyball match held in St. Louis Park. It was a closely contested match, but Noble Academy emerged victorious with a 2-1 win.

Groves Academy proved to be a strong and gracious opponent, making each set a competitive and thrilling experience. The energy on the court was electric, and both teams demonstrated great sportsmanship and teamwork throughout the match.
