Student Intent to Return

Your youngest and/or only child in grade K-7 came home this week with an important form known as Student Intent to Return 2025-2026. Please complete the form and return it to their teacher by Friday, February 21. If we do not receive the intent to return form, your child will not have a seat saved for the fall. 

 

Also went home this week for all students is the Mid Year Emergency Contact form. Please update your child's emergency contact and return it to the school.
